Rich Ingredients: They are packed with a high proportion of dried fruits sultanas, raisins, currants, and glacé cherries and orange peel.
Warming Spices: The mix is infused with aromatic spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice, which represent the gifts of the Three Wise Men.
"Feeding" the Cake: A hallmark of our homemade cake is the regular "feeding" with brandy. This process keeps the cake moist and deepens its complex flavour.
Traditional Finish: All our Christmas cakes are covered in a layer of Apricot jam, smooth marzipan followed by royal icing. Decorations can range from simple holly sprigs to intricate hand-painted toppers. Message us with your choice of topping.
